Kaizer provides safe housing for young people

When children feel safe and stable, they are in the best position to thrive. Our youth housing is specifically designed to provide safe and secure houses for children and young people and allow our youth workers to stay with them 24/7 on a rotating roster.

Our highly trained youth workers strive to build a genuine connection with our young people, understanding their circumstances, challenges, passions, and goals to support meaningful change in their lives and assist with future independence. We aim to provide young people with a sense of belonging and help them build a community so that they can have people in their lives after our care.

Kaizer also provides emergency accommodation services for young people awaiting youth housing. In these situations, our youth workers stay with individuals in their emergency accommodation and work with them to build connections and provide support. Once housing becomes available, Kaizer assists the individual in relocating and continues to offer ongoing residential care.
