What training & qualifications do Kaizer Community's workers have?
At Kaizer Community workers are carefully selected and undergo comprehensive screening before commencing employment. Depending on their role, our team members hold relevant qualifications and certifications in areas such as youth work, community services, disability support, social work, and related fields.
Our workers are required to maintain appropriate clearances and undertake ongoing training, which may include:

- Working with Children Checks (Blue Cards)
- LCS2 Child Safety Checks
